Road Accident Fund attorneys will have been relieved to hear that at least a slight extension was given for submissions on the latest proposed act - until 11 February.  Of course each variation of the act is different and it is very difficult in short time frames to make submissions again, and again.

Those of you who plan to make them, and it is always good to put forward an opinion and suggestions better rush through it this week!  I can't help but say that these amendments look very serious to me, much more so than on previous occassions.
